5'11, 12 stone of pure leanness. Mind you I do sweat my baws off most days in temperature controlled environments.
From 13 3 to 13 8 in 12 hours! You following my diet? I put a 0.5 stone on after my week all inclusive holiday! I was 16.05 when I weighed myself just before I left and then 16.69 when I got back. So, I should be down to 16 in a week or two as back on the good eating and gym. My target is 15.5 ... as I'm doing weights as well as cardio.
Coming bake fae the shop with 10KG of chicken, 10KG of mince and 10KG worth of steaks does not weights make.

Aye PureGYm is a handy arrangement. Good one in Belfast centre close to my work. Go every lunch, just back. Today was shoulders 5ft 10, topping scales at around 12 and a half stone hoping to gain another half a stone by mid-may before cutting for the summer starts
