    Paisley started his managerial career at Liverpool with a half decent team to mess about with. Fergie had to rebuild United. That's the difference.

    Clearly we paid over the odds for Carroll. The fact that it was January and we were desperate for a striker and he is English probably doubled his valuation. Yeah we were mugged off but i think Chelsea were super mugged off <ok>
