All I'd say to that, is from my point of view, he looks like he has the respect of the players, although they all did at one point. Hopefully for you, with filth like Johnson and Fletcher gone, you've got less disruption in your squad. One thing about your last few seasons is you've had a new manager in to blast you through the fixtures at the end of the season when you've had to dig deep. If your lads head's drop now, or if somebody behind the scenes rocks the apple cart, you could implode. I always got the impression it was just around the corner with previous managers, but Allardyce not so much.
Norwich going to West Brom and winning was massive. It gives them the chance to pretty much bury us both if they turn us both over. Got to hope the mags can get a point no more from Norwich and we beat West Brom next up to give us the chance to bury Norwich in a few weeks time. So many potential outcomes but from the next 3 or 4 rounds of fixtures where in my opinion it will be settled.

But only 3 all season ! -- 34 games incl cups. We have 7 0-1 defeats. More able defence could have been 7 more points, but same could be said if we had a more able attack.

Seems little because last season we had so many. But Poyet got his clean sheets from stifling our attacking potential and everybody got on his back. We can't have both ways. Until we get the investment to significantly reshape the squad It's a choice of less goals and more clean sheets of visa-versa. It's all down to squad limitations imo. Something we're stuck with for the time being.
