Demographics have changed in recent decades. The vast majority of 16-21 year olds don't work until post 21 and they're racking up huge amounts of student Debt. If you want them to come and watch football you can't charge them full price.
The results of people being conned into thinking that they are university material when they are anything but, and thinking that studying meaningless subjects ar polytechnics is equivalent to studying meaningful subjects at university. Americans pay a fortune to attend university yet a higher percentage do than in France where it is free. Of course Yanks work their way through college, something which is too much for our cosseted little dsrlings..
It does, but the club is a business and, as dreadful as it might be, sometimes you break bread with the devil. I find Snigger's input tiresome, but I would take him a can, or two, to his shed, so we could find a better way to view the world - trouble is, the daft bugger's bought one too small.
Says the young poster who attaches great importance to unimportant things like pop music and films from decades before he was born. And who has a nervous breakdown if anyone points out what a silly little boy he is.
How dare I enjoy films and music older than me! I should only like things after 1995, clearly. Goodnight. I'm off to talk with people in the real world. Lighten up, young one.
at 15/16 I earned roughly 300 a month on part time jobs ... I think this is a great idea tbh .. get the kids who "WANT" to to go find money to go ... pretty much like real life
I have tried to include different variations of groups in different stands, hope this makes sense. **** me it didn't even load, bastarding thing
At 16 I was still trying for half price on the bus on the way to the pub. Sometimes it worked, other times I had to go to another pub.
No one says you shouldn't enjoy them. It is your bumptious posts informing people who were actually there at the time which music and films were important and relevant which is irritating. Some of us experienced those things whilst you base your opinions on the experience and writings of others, a lot of which is ill informed at best and downright inaccurate as well.
