Went and watched a stream with my 9 year old Liverpool supporting nephew. What a hell of a first half and did I get some stick from the cocky little kid. What a brilliant 2nd half comeback and end to the match. My nephew in his mingulet top had tears in his eyes at the final whistle. Was I gracious in victory. Was I ****.
I found it strange that they would play Clynne out of position so Flannagan could play RB. second half Mane really tore that right side up, Clynne def is not that effective on the left, though he played a few games for us there
Vic MOTM for me, took that midfield by the short and curlies, Coultino disappeared, Allen went awol and Can could not make a challenge as he was on a card
Posting blind here, did not see the game or listen to the radio( taking by Dad out to lunch for his 80th and my daughters 10th they share March 20 the). Glimpsed st the score between courses to see 0-2, slighter downer on the day, chucked a fiver on at 20-1 for comedy value. Got excited to see s pen, and then pissed to see that Mane had been allowed to take it. Then a time machine and came and took me back to the late nineties and the spirit of the Dell ala Letiss, Beats, Benali and co. Well done lads and very pleased for both Pelle and Mane who many of us have been frustrated with. With both these fellows back into top gear, it could be a fun last seven games. Proud of the lads and looking forward to the highlights and a fantastic finish to my Dads day!

No it wasn't a red - Pelle was going away from goal. Sadly, the collective sigh of despair when Sadio picked the ball up must have affected him and wouldn't have helped his confidence. His two superbly taken goals would have helped though!!
