Excellent post and I agree re Hoolahan giving the ball away too often!! Leicester achieved 'the Great Escape' from a similar point last season, so it may well not be too late!!!
I think it's way too soon to be saying Naismith was a waste of money, at least give him a season. But anyway, a good win yesterday and if I was being honest I didn't expect it, it's good seeing the team putting up a fight finally, that's all I've wanted to see As we're building up momentum this international break came at the wrong time though imo.
Exactly, ILD. Wes is prone to losing the ball as well, but usually not in such a dangerous position on the pitch as O'Neil's. I didn't understand why Wes played against Citeh and I thought he had a poor game. I'd have rather seen Bamford there and either Jerome or Mbokani up front. The luxury of being an armchair critic, I suppose!
Crystal Palace are away at West Ham next time out, then face us. If we can somehow make it 3 wins on the trot, then they could be dragged right into the mix.
Yes - a great result for us! The bookies now have us as favourites to survive! http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/relegation
Good few days for sport, England winning the cricket, England winning the Rugger, US beating WBA, North East Derby ending in a draw! Just Lewis letting the side down!!
His been out injured too, but if he can play like he did against Liverpool then he could still become a good buy. Either way, it's too early to be saying he's a waste of money.
Agree. Madness to say he was a waste of money over the little times he's had to settle. I dunno who would come out with something stupid like that!
Quite an upbeat article from one of Archie's writers - http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic..._in_premier_league_relegation_scrap_1_4463942
This was no classic. It was never going to be, given Norwich’s plight and an opponent who treats the ball as an enemy.
