Dropped too deep and got punished its like groundhog day, will we ever learn our defence isn't up to withstanding that sort of constant pressure. Key moment for us in the second half was when elliott made a great save to deny pva, that would have been game set and match and after it we barely got forward at all. I'd have taken a point before the game but its disapointing when the game was there for the taking.
GM - rely on us to make mess of an opportunity - BSA for all his good qualities had cost us a valuable 4 pts in last 2 games - not happy at all - we are needing play must win games instead of must not lose games - I reckon WBA may beat us and we"ll beat Leicester & then real nail chomping time for us supporters - I'm beginning to lose hope now
This is the worst I have seen Norwich play defensively but since Klose was signed we have started to look competent. Exciting next few games for us Newcastle and maybe Palace .
Yeah it's strange how the officials see ours but turn a blind eye to theirs. Not saying they didn't deserve it as they were the better side second half but we were better first. How the hell sky give Wij motm is beyond me!
I can understand being ultra defensive in the last 5 minutes as was the case against Southampton but today we dropped very deep and stopped pushing our wingers up with about 20 - 30 minutes left, anyone who's seen us play or even seen our results should be able to figure out that you just can't rely on our defence to keep a clean sheet like that. It's the only issue I've got with the way Alerdyce has the team playing but I think it's cost us a few points lately (I'd even include the palace game in that with us trying to be overly defensive with a one goal lead)
Fear we are both down now but with Sunderland in the equation anything can and does happen - it's the magic of following us -
Not sure about that mate we've still got some winnable games coming up, but so have the teams around us so we've just got to get our noses in front of norwich and make sure we at least match them and the mags until the end of the season. It's going to be tight again though.
