Liverpool have set up perfectly to totally negate our tactics. Lovren and Sakho are poor and we have hardly got near them. Clasie and Romeu have been dominated by what seems like 5 Liverpool centre mids. Liverpool are better than us.
That's what makes it so infuriating. It wasn't even a hard decision but has completely changed the course of the game. I've got Tom levels of anger about that (if you hadn't noticed!)
While we deserve to be behind, I am staring to wonder what we have done to upset all the ref's. Really does seem like none of them want to give us anything.
Like I said weeks ago. We need a mini clear out. Not enough game changers in this team. We are a hard working team (mainly), but that isn't enough. Hopefully I get proven wrong second half.
We've needed a clear out for a few seasons now. Difficult when you sell your best players year on year.
I'd be amazed if you are, but am holding out hope that we manage to do something strange and that we never normally do, in this season of strangeness!
Charlie Austin's injury has been pretty devastating as well. Hope that isn't a theme of the next 3 years.

I can't really see many big clubs coming in for our players this year. Mane and Wanyama and that's it. But for me we need a harsh clear out. I won't name players I wouldn't mind going, because many of you will not agree.
That is what happens when every year your best players are cherry picked. We have done well to remain a competitive top 10 side, which we are. We are less dimensional in an attacking sense these days but we are decent on the counter attack.
