I should hope so i already cashed out half earlier but Northamptons 95th minute winner kept it alive <doh>

Another goal would be nice though.

VIlla absolutely needs to gut that squad in the summer. I know that keeping as much of it together as possible to make a run at an immediate return is in vogue, but if ever there was a squad that should be parted out and replaced with grafting lower-leaguers, that'd be it.

To be repaced by arch rivals Brighton. The Seagulls are soaring high, the Eagles are flying low.

So Spurs fans are nearly as bad as Chelsea's!! A Sunderland fan wrote on their board saying that a trip to the Emirates is fine, while a trip to Tottenham was scary. Strange as I thought many Spurs fans came from places like Hatfield and St Albans as you do not see that many Afro-West Indian faces at WHL in an area where there is a considerable number of them.

Palace have needed one win to be safe for what seems an eternity, it's lovely seeing Pards like this.

One of the big problems will be finding buyers.
Can't see too many attracting PL clubs and other leagues will struggle to meet wage demands.

He and Mourinho should become a double act. Each seems to get exceptional results in the short term, but have a limited shelf life before players tune them out: 2 years for Jose, one for Pards. You could probably get a good nine years by swapping back and forth from one to the other, because after two seasons Pards would seem like a breath of fresh air, and after one year Mou would suddenly seem much more desirable.

Don't doubt that it'll be difficult, though they're helped by the fact that most of their aging players having contracts ending no later than 2017.

But even if they have to eat some salary while lending out players, they need to overhaul the squad as much as possible. We have started to see clubs threaten or achieve the dreaded double-relegation recently, and Villa looks like a prime contender.

I think so. Would be a bit surprised if Garde stayed - not that he is particularly good but it gives them yet another problem.

He wants out, but they need someone stronger for the Champ anyway. Whether the club gets sold in the summer is the biggest issue.

Yeah, a Frenchman might not have been the best bet to rescue a squad that seemed to have accepted the futility of the human condition.

There's definitely a lot more black faces in the arsenal crowd than you'd ever expect to see at WHL. Not sure why that is. Arsenal's support is pretty diverse compared to other London clubs; probably compared most english clubs in fact.

I do know that arsenal and QPR are the two London clubs with the strongest ties to their local communities. Spurs, in contrast, don't seem to want to have anything to do with Tottenham. Perhaps that will change now the area is getting gentrified.

The early rounds of the JPT are poorly attended, so I see an attraction for both parties, but the danger is if u21 teams progress then your robbing league teams of exciting cup runs and potentially a Wembley day out. I don't think this will come to anything.

Sort the reserve leagues out and stop messing with the league structure
