Pink toenails and hands all, dirty with money.
Greasy, greasy, greasy hair, easy smile,
That made me feel nineteen for a while.

    It's already been noted.

Last night was the little 'uns first TV game with her old man.

Keeping this up, chances are her first words will be '**** off ref'.

Also, what are are the baby change facilities like at the KC?

Fixed the wiper on the car first thing (went wonky half way back from Boro), went to get fitted for penguin suit for daughters wedding, bought a giant Thorntons Easter egg for the missus and about to take junior to the train station to go stay with his bird in Essex.

Not sure what else is on the agenda.

According to Ehab they're full of 35 year old blokes pretending they're babies. Dummies, nappies the lot. They're hard to spot though.

Spin class, mile swim (get the City frustrations out of the system), then dismantle (read demolish) shed, then marking student work! Watch the RU and then with our guitarist away (he and our drummer have even more holidays than you Chazz) and so no gig tonight, a pint or several in the Nash with Nurse Lincoln Tiger!

I should add ... And avoid looking at our rivals scores!

    Serviced the family bikes

Watching the local rugby team. They have a mini beer festival. Welbeck abbey Cavendish is highly recommended.

    Making Balti cod for dinner.

Bike ride done and dusted, needed to cool off after last night's trip to watch City; check how the granddaughter is after her first league match away (did first Wembley visit in 2013); see the new grandson (arrived on what would have been my late wife's 60th birthday last month); fix model railway layout for other daughter's son.

You're in bed, at work, with a Boro fan?

Hope you don't work at DFS. <yikes>

Well, I went for a bike ride (push, not motor) this morning and I'll be doing the same tomorrow. I use Strava and pore over the results obsessively after each ride. I beat my PB on both the longest and steepest hills (we have some right bastards in Shropshire) but before you think I'm getting giddy: on the latter (Kill Cow Hill), that now takes me to the dizzy heights of number 362 out of 376 who have recorded a time. You're probably puzzled as, based on my rapier wit and lightening "street" prose style, you have no doubt assumed me to be youthful and energetic. Truth is, I am old and fat and delighted to be faster than 14 others. I now have a pint mug of tea, a piece of walnut cake and am just about to switch on Sky. Living the dream.
