I put it to both Newcastle United and Sunderland supporter's. If today doesn't fly by I may end up having a mental and/or emotional breakdown. The past five day's have been so slow and it's genuinely more stressful than when my ex-fiance threw me out and made me wait almost a week before she decided we part ways forever. Win or lose (may the god of fusball favour us) this will be a huge relief.

Am I alone in this or are there more of us?

Not quite an emotional wreck but I avidly hate the build up time before Derby games. I keep checking for any and all bits of news and inevitably find nothing worth reading and complaining to myself about each teams players who do speak to the media about how we need a result for the fans etc with my thinking don't say it just go out and do it.

Love the atmosphere at the games and the games...until in recent games we go one down and then bottle it. :(

Having said that I do have a feeling (I know, keep taking the tablets) that we will win this one due to the Rafa effect. On the other side of that coin, despite all my bets in the past I'm not yet a multi millionaire, so what do I know!!

I was quietly resigned to our ****eness and inevitable relegation ...Then Rafa arrived and screwed everything up by giving me hope...the bastard

Huge sense of double jeopardy with this, and the upcoming games ..Its no longer JUST about relegation but, much more importantly, how we would lose Rafa and the real change he could/would make too our rotten club culture if we went down.

    What's to be nervous about?
Unless of course you're Female and living in the Town.

The hordes of Unwashed crossing the river is one thing, but now that we all know of the Neanderthal and Illegal acts that the Players participate in, tomorrow may be a day to keep Women and Children safe and out of harm's way.

Nowt to be nervous about. We're going down and have been for months. I love the appointment of Rafa, but sadly too little too late and the owners' getting what he's deserved.

I'm in Mumbai and with the T20 world cup on struggling to find somewhere that will show the game. I can't actually work out if I want to watch it though I'm so on edge of I do find somewhere to watch it I will most likely spend the whole time stressed as anything.

It's bad enough under normal circumstances, but this Derby is huge, crucial, just so massive.
I for one am nervous as hell.
I want the 3 points, that goes without saying, but what l want more than anything else is for the team to play a blinder and get three points.
I want that for Rafa more than anything, l could not stand to see him humiliated by that shower and Mr Alladyce.
    HTL.
