Can't see the image Mark, but assume it relates to Holebas. He's got every right to feel aggrieved. What happened to: play well, keep your place. I think Ake has also done well this season, but Holebas had done little wrong when he has come in. I see a situation at the end of the season where we lose both. As someone on Twitter has pointed out, Spurs seem to be successfully rotating players. Why can't we?
Just a black background with the words " cannot take this s**t". It does show we have great options at the back and then there are guys like Hoban and Ekstrand coming back to fitness.
Shame really as Ake will be back at Chelsea at the end of the season and Holebas is a very decent player. }Left footed players, decent ones, are hard to find and it helps with the balance of the team.
FA Cup ticket prices announced. Club are subsidising the Arsenal tickets to keep them in line with the league game. Coaches to either will be £1. If its Hull, total cost of tickets and travel for Mini Bloother and me will be £38. Not bad. Only down side is the coaches leave at 06:30
Talksport reckon we are getting Sinclair from Liverpool.. http://talksport.com/football/watfo...al-agreed-liverpool-youngster-jerome-sinclair
West 'am and Norwich fixtures re-arranged. West 'am on 20th April, potentially just three days before the semi. Norwich on 11th May, so now becomes our final away game. Both on school nights. Mini Bloother not impressed.
Shame about Norwich away now being a night game - might have to drive there now. West 'am will be OK, quick train trip from bandit country
Permanently injured, hardly played this season, Wellbeck and Sturrage in England squad ahead of in-form Deeney. Pathetic.
Troy Deeney will never play for England. Leicester City are top of the league and their footballers are taking the token spaces for those who do not play for the "biggest" clubs.
Hodgson explained last week that it is, in his opinion, risky picking players in form over those that have delivered in the past. To which I say, great...pick Geoff Hurst then. How can it be risky? Its his job to integrate them and get them into his system. The squad looks tired and dull. But then, I admit that I am totally switched off when it comes to England. Hodgsons comments just go to show that, more than ever, it's just an exclusive boys club. BORING, BORING England!!!
Hodgson loves Welbeck because he can play in any position along the front line and Sturridge is a decent if he could stay fit. Hdogson even said we'd take Jack Wilshere even thought he hasn't played all season so some must be picked on reputation alone. I bet if Rooney is fit he starts ahead of Kane and Vardy - and Walcott will probably start although he is hardly a 1st team regular (starting)
I totally agree with this - I haven't followed England since the early 80s after the non-event of the 82 world cup, then the "long ball" controversy and the advent of the shaven headed, replica shirt wearing thugs. I don't even know when the Euros start or who England are playing apart from our Welsh friends (I wish them everything they wish us sportswise). I just couldn't care less about international football. When it comes to the close season, I say roll on August!
Hope you get the Orns! http://www.buzzfeed.com/alexfinnis/can-we-guess-which-premier-league-team-you-support#.xypZXvX6B
