So most people aren't unhappy about the prices? About 80% of the tweets and comments on here that I've seen have revolved around having to pay more. You're suggesting more people are concerned about moving than those who have to pay more? That's even more laughable.

You can go on about different cultures all you want, I'm not going to stop laughing that grown men and women are so attached to a piece of plastic.

That's pretty embarrassing to be honest.

The world will not end if you watch the game from a different angle.

I believe 58% of passes are adults and 42% are concessions, though a lot of those concessions aren't really concessions and I've no idea how they break down between OAP's and kids.

    Nobody is suggesting it does.

You're making a fool of yourself.

People are understandably equally pissed off about prices and seat moves, the two are intrinsically linked, as avoiding price increases involves moving.

Those carrying on about moving seats are doing exactly that.

I can understand people being upset about price increases, I can't understand people being upset about paying less but watching the game from a different seat. If they're upset they can't watch it with the community they've developed from where they were sat I can understand and sympathise with that. Which is why I think the club should really look at introducing GA areas where people can sit with who they want.

And since when did all season pass holders travel to all away games? Do you think we take 13,500 fans to every away game?
You are better off being in Australia as you have no understanding of what being a football fan, Association that is not silly Antipodean versions, entails.

    If you say so.

It's amusing when you lot say that we're princesses because we're not tough nuts like you proper blokes over there, and yet we're not the ones who cry over having to move seats. <laugh>

From the recent examples, if I was in Oz I'd be glad to move seats regularly and change the people I'm sat near.

    <laugh> Probably.

I'm sorry for any offence I've caused, it's just genuinely quite bemusing.

Moving the away fans up there is surely a good thing?

It's bemusing to you because you haven't taken the time to understand and respect the issues. Fear not, you're not alone in doing that.

So, if you buy a season ticket in Australia you sit in a different seat every week?

Yep. It's all general admission. First in first served. You get a mate to get there early or you get there early with them and sit there chatting and watching the players warm up from the seats you want.

Then explain it to me. I'm genuinely at a loss why having the same perspective of the match is so incredibly integral to the British style of watching football. I'm not being facetious. We've removed the cost and the community aspects, so what's left that makes it so important?
