Fat lazy bastard, more likely to show them the best nightclubs and chippies if he stay here is anything to go by. If he comes on and does good then that's fine, but it won't redeem him from being a waster here.
He's wanting to come to help coach not score on the pitch! And for the record, Kluivert actually did well and had good stats!
Yes I know, my point was if he puts the same effort in to coaching as he put in when he was a player here, then he'll be a waste of space. Do you actually remember him playing at all, or are you just going by his Wikipedia page which appears to have been written by his mum? He was abominable for us, considering we were supposed to signing one of the best strikers in Europe, he'll go down in history as one of the biggest let downs to ever play for us. Lazy, overweight and uninterested. How is 6 goals in 25 league games a good record for a striker of his profile? He was more interested in the nightlife than actually playing for us, most of the time he couldn't get past Shola in the pecking order!!
Er, yes I saw him play about 20 times live and yes he was a bit lethargic and slow hence why he ended up at us on a free. As for his goal ratio probably becuase overall we were ****e and he wasn't used fully effectively. To be fair not many players could get past Shola (who knows what he knows about people at the club as he should have been binned) If you think he was crap and abominable I would hate to think what you think of certain other players. Also, just because he may not have been a worldie for us doesn't mean he won't be a good coach for us. This really pisses me off about fans of our club, are you one of those that slated Jak Alnwick when he played and wasn't autmatcially the best goalkeeper in the league? Some of our fans disgust me with their attitude towards players who don't hit the ground running and give 10/10 performances every game for the first 10 games! (Sorry CD - that bit not aimed at you!!)
Last time I checked there is a number 9 who did quite well for us who would probably do a better job. Having said that anything is worth a go. Perhaps we should start by issuing them with a map of St James's and a compass.
