a simple solution. eat less and get off your fat ass and exercise more often.

enough of picking up the tab for people who get themselves in this situation and do absolutely nothing at all about it. take some responsibility for your actions and sort yourself out and less of the "oh the nhs will pay for it and i'll be sorted" mentality rife in fat ****s.
