    I remember many years ago, my wife threw a birthday party and I was responsible for booze. I got 10 bottles of this stuff but was the only one drinking it. They found me asleep behind the sofa <laugh>

    Dex is correct, the beer contains yeast and continues to ferment in the bottle. The yeast tends to settle at the bottom of the bottle over time so the best way to drink this is from a glass. You carefully pour 90% of the contents into your glass, the swirl the bottle around so that the last 10% of the beer picks up the yeast from the bottom of the bottle, giving the beer it's taste and "cloudy" appearance.

    They have that in Friends of Ham in Leeds and Bundobust as well. Both magnificent establishments. Lovely drink Oddy.
