Context for our rearranged games; the derby is now just before Everton's FA Cup semi, and Chelsea is now our last home game of the season

 

Chelsea players will be on their hols I think. Their season is already over.

Everton can feel quite annoyed the derby is right before a huge game for them.

I think if we all agree to a 1-0 win beforehand they can play their reserves and we will go easy.

But knowing them they'll get 2 players sent off v us and blow their chance of a cup cos the red mist will drop.

 

Oooh...I was hoping to get tickets for the Watford match but thought no chance as it was last home game of season but Chelsea is now....chances may have improved....

 

I think the Kompany injury, if long term, could make the run in at least interesting for the top 4 chasing pack. They have a terrible record without Kompany and always look likely to concede without him. Just think we might be too far away but good news for West Ham & others, IMO.

True, but Man Utd have the same distraction plus City & Liverpool/United will have midweek European fixtures to contend with.

Everything about their club is fake. You can't engineer passion or a fan base, its why these MLS franchises are never taken very seriously in Europe, majority Yanks & Arabs just don't get it.

 

Guessing BT are glad they paid all that money for the CL to get two riveting 0-0's and to see all but one of the English teams go out.
