Was having a quick look through this today and its a really good read. http://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/fourfourtwos-100-best-football-stadiums-world#:rpRihuBy8mxmnA Some bonkers inclusions, so not be taken too seriously. What didn't surprise me though was that British stadia feature quite low down to what a lot of people would imagine. The article focuses a lot on atmosphere and the football experience, not on fancy facilities and nice looks (although some obviously make the cut for those reasons). Also was interesting to see the plans for athletico Madrid, who are constructing an stadium well in excess of anything currently planned in this country, shows good ambition and will be a good legacy if the ridiculous tv deals come to an end. Also mentions valencia's attempts to build a new stadium, which has been going on for about the last 10 years. They have spend about 100m on it, half finished and shelved until a few more hundred million can be found!!!! Just in case you wondered, the kc does not make the cut....how ridiculous.
I could have posted yet another "Bruce out/in" thread, but that has sort of being done to death on here, so I let my mind wonder away from tonight's result. Sorry it inconvenienced you.
