It's effectively decriminalised for all but dealers already.

You're not going to get hauled up in front of the beak (no pun intended) for having a bit of personal use herb.

A transit full and you'd still have an issue like....

 

not sure about other forces but the met issue cannabis warnings and on the spot fines for small amounts on a person, 3 of them in 2 years and you are going to court.

I think you've got it the wrong way round. You'll find that pot is the recreation of dossers, but that doesnt mean that if you smoke pot you'll turn into a dosser.

In my experience you come across both sorts of ppl. But the ones who work, regardless of job (from working in a pizza take away to white collar office job) have been very disciplined about their work. If you're a working man, you can puff every night it wont stop you from going to work or doing your job.

Ofcourse there are dossers who puff as well but they were already dossers regardless, the puffing for them is simply an escapism from the boredom or a means to socialise with other smokers.
