Good choice that, shame you don't know how to use it. I've got the S5 Neo. Upgraded from the S3 last December. Annoyingly, the S7 came out last month
I was like that wth iPhone. I upgraded then then 6 came out few months later. Didn't time it well. Not ot de an upgrade for another few months... Getting bored of mine now. Neee one with much more storage.
You lot need to do research seriously... Apple and samsung release new devices at same time each year. Samsung have shifted phones to March to get away from being too close to apple. Tablets are august kind to time frame. Samsung s7 is rated the very top phone now. I have s6 since last year. Only down side is battery life is not as good as Apple. ... but I found force stopping a couple unused apps like peel remote control for TV really extends it. Screen is twice that of apples quality. Camera is superior and focused on lower light which is most of people's photos inside or at night. Apple are good, I used to have one.
Battery life on s5 neo is brilliant. I use mine a lot but I've managed to go three days without charging a couple of times. I turned most auto updates off though which saves the battery.
Yes anything that's allowed access location as an app or force notification drains battery as the antenna is constantly on. Lesson is minimise apps that seek to report your activities to the nsa
