And the beauty is that they are all winnable. Yes I know all games are, but on paper (football isn't played on paper!) the run-in looks O.K. on the whole and we should post at least a decent target for others to overcome.
There is no doubt that the defeat at Swansea was a kick in the nads, but Palace are struggling and West Brom are not setting the division on fire. Arsenal are imploding and cannot win the league, Everton is the trickiest game left away from CR.
At home we have to beat the NE pair, Watford hopefully will have their minds elsewhere and not be so keen on the 50:50 challenges while Man Utd could be a double for us, they are certainly not to be feared.
I hope the lost points against West Ham home and away and Liverpool at home do not come back to bite us.

Oh the beauty of this game
Once the finish line looms up ahead,
Those cast adrift aren“t so tame
While leaders get jitters instead. :)

Palace might have one eye on the cup semi-final so that may work for us. Shame the semi-final is on the same day as our game against Watford - we could have done with it being a week earlier so they'd be easing off too lol !

Not sure I'd be too hopeful of getting anything at the Emirates.

Agree that it's not the worst run in, but I think the pressure will be a huge factor. As the original poster said, we have to beat both Newcastle and Sunderland and I think the truth is that both those games have draw written all over them.

This coming weekend will be crucial. If we lose Saturday, whoever wins the derby on Sunday will feel they've got one foot in the safety zone. If we win on Saturday, whoever loses on Sunday will be under massive pressure. Both games to be draws anyone?

Whilst I'd love us to win both and give ourselves a realistic chance of staying up, I'm not sure. At least I'll be there cheering them on until the final whistle in both games.
