I liked that episode but understand what you mean, they didn't need the full hour to tell that story or that they could have put more into it.
If I remember correctly (which is doubtful) it's feature length as well? It may have sent me into some kind of coma with its pointlessness.
I did find it all a bit odd, the odd episode didn't seem to fit with the main story that was going on and then they'd go back and reference it in the next episode before not mentioning it again. Lasg nights episode was good though, left it on big cliff hanger.

Obviously there were less Chinese when you were there. Peaky Blinders is based in 1919, so way after your time at Uni.
