Get rid of wenger? Before him you won the league cup and fa cup in 1993, the league title in 1991, the league title in 1991, the league cup in 1987, the FA cup in 1979, the League title and fa cup in 1971...I aint a goon and have done this list off the top of my head...thats 2 league titles, 3 fa cups and 2 league cups in 25 yrs pre wenger. In the 20 yrs since you have won 6 fa cups and 3 titles (including a double). He has won you half your fa cups and almost a quarter of you league titles... you have won 28 trophies (13 league, 12 fa cup, 1 european and 2 league cups) in your history and he has won almost a third of them. Those sticking the boot in on him are shockingly plastic. You demand player loyalty yet show none to your most successful manager ever. Get a grip.
Yawn, get rid of Wenger now. With another top class manager, we would have increased that trophy haul by much more. We have shown more than enough loyalty for his mediocrity. What do we want? WENGER OUT! When do we want it? NOW!
Not that I actually think he should be fired tomorrow. But if he was, and Bould DID take over tomorrow... I wouldn't see the problem with that.
Are you a fan or do you get dividends from the club when they make a profit? What difference does it make finishing 3rd of 4th every year to get in the CL... When never get even close to winning it? Part the problem with fans these days is far too concerned about financial aspect of the game rather than actually enjoying their team and experiencing big days out winning trophies in finals. Wenger has got you CL for the past X amount of years but I bet you'd trade the last 10 years of taking part for 1 night like we had in Istanbul.
Henry. I don't think Bould will do much better, just until the end of the season, he can be the interim manager.
This is just idiotic. Wenger is still better than 95% of the managers out there. Let alone guys with NO real managerial experience. If we are to replace Arsene it needs to be done 1. respectfully - the guy has done a huge amount for this Club and deserves that much at least. and 2. The replacement needs to be an experienced top class manager.
Wenger has done alot for this club and he deserves the respect from AFC to let him see out his contract I'm pretty sure every top team has tried to poach him over the last 10 years and he didn't jump ship like other legends such as Henry and Vieira he stuck by us and spent his peak years with a club who couldn't compete with the rivals when it came to buying quality players
Another year of Wenger will be unbearable. Like many I have lost all hope in this club under this man. And to have to endure with him for another year? He needs to leave in the summer. If he stays it will be toxic for him next year and it will spread to the players. We need to force him out.
