    Nope, more of a butterfly kiss on the neck, he then patted the back of his head and hugged him to say "well done, I tried to get a reaction but you didn't fall for it". It ended quite friendly and I think the ref over reacted.

    Players are wising up to Costa's bullshit now, don't react to him, do your job, stay focused, simple as ... partly why he's had a pretty **** season in comparison to last and why I expect Chavs will sell him on this summer ... off to PSG or wherever so he can get his one season before the French defenders figure him out

    Yep, he looks for the reaction or just to break the defenders concentration. If they fall for it he has an easy game, if not he has to work harder.

    I thought Olliver handled it pretty well really, and apparently gave the right card for the offence ( i.e. head to head contact)

    This was what a ref on 606 mentioned anyway <ok>

    Yeah, he did push his face pretty close before he realised he wasn't getting a reaction and bending to the neck. Perhaps that is what he was trying to say to Barry, "bite you batard" :grin:
