McBurnie is in the Scotland U21 squad to face France on 24th March and Northern Ireland on 29th March. We are due to face Cambridge (home) on 25th March and Carlisle (away) on 28th March. So thats 2 games he will miss!
Lockyer and Harrison may get called up for the Wales U21's. So we will be without 3 players overall for 2 games. If Gaffney is back, we would have him, Taylor, Easter and Fallon. Will we miss McBurnie and Harrison for these 2 games vs Cambridge and Carlisle? Maybe not. But we will miss Lockyer. We got cover for him regardless if we play 352 or 442. So technically we have the players to fill in but Lockyer has been quality and will miss what he brings to the team. Would you seek both games to be postponed as 3 players are away on international call ups? Or soldier on without them so dont get a fixture pile up?
I hate international matches just messes everything up this could **** up are season with a fixture backlog I bet they're pointless friendlies anyway just play the frigging games in the summer Easter isn't good time to have them.
What if Lockyer gets the call up then gets injured in one of the game sounds like some fans booked hotels for the Carlisle game frigging international games they should be played in the summer now I understand why Fergie used to get the hump over them.
If I was Lockyer, I would pull out of these games. I know it gives him more experience etc and helps to get a full Wales call up in the future but he will get a full call up anyway at some point, either while with us or for whoever he moves on to in the future higher up the leagues. So I think our 2 games are more important than the 2 games for the Wales U21's.
Official confirmation, Lockyer and Harrison have both been called up for Wales U21 vs Bulgaria and Romania. So thats 3 players missing Cambridge and Carlisle games.

Or 4 at the back... 442 Leadbitter J.Clarke Parkes Brown McChrystal as cover on the bench. So we can cope without him if we get no inuries or suspensions but we will miss him.
