Hi stoke fan in peace. I've got to say I really fancy us for this game. We were brilliant against Chelsea, ona great run and confidence is sky high. I used to hate playing you but we have improved massively and you haven't reached the highs of previous seasons so I think we will win. Stoke are 13/8 which I will be having. May the best team win.
Funnily enough we've never relished playing you - couldn't even beat you when were 3-1 up. Think we'll nick this one though.
Shane Long back, Charlie Austin another couple of weeks and Jay playing for U21's on Monday. Ronald is concerned about our lack of goals - he isn't the only one!
To be honest we have had a weird season. We lost 3-0 three games running, then we won 3 consecutive games and then drew against Chelsea. It's a funny old game
Hope they got the yellow dummy pulling him down, so the ref might actually give something when he gets pushed or pulled over!!
In the spirit of good sportsmanship and seeing as you came over here posting nicely, could we take it 0-1 then please?
http://www.kickoff.co.uk/matches/stoke-city-vs-southampton-12-03-2016/ Stats for the game from kickoff. Looks depressing....would recommend you go to 'last 20 games overall' and don't look at their 'home results v our away results'. On the positive side, we are only one position below them and we are due a win.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35773004 Lawro gone for 2-0 win to Stoke; Frampton gone for 2-1 win to Saints. Lawro has predicted us to do well when we haven't, so shall take this as a good sign
Think you've been very similar to us this year in the fact we've both either been on a run of form where we look European challengers or a run of form where we look distinctly average I like Mark Hughes though n reckon he's doing a great job there, best of luck after our game You seem to be playing well at the moment and us not so. Hopefully we'll see a turn around tomorrow ON another note Ricc - What has happened to your board on here? I swear I remember it being fairly busy but had a quick look other day and seems like a ghost town.
Can someone show Pelle the video of our recent League Cup victory, up there, in which he scored twice (Long got the other), to see if it reminds him as to where the goals are?
