Flip side people won't be encouraged to post when they read Mod post saying they refuse to protect anyone. Merge both points and you see why they wouldn't.
That's mediation though Tel. We've been told it's not the mods job despite it being the definition. That's exactly what I would do though.

This is bollocks. At any given time you can click on 'current members online'. Look at how many members we have that barely or never post. There's the problem. Using it as a library. Taking and giving **** all.
If you'd stop bullying them all maybe they'd post. People who have nothing to add, will always bring nothing to the table. I think the reason that so many get 'scared' (for want of a better word) to post on here, isn't because of the fear of being attacked, it's because the board knows so much about everybody... there's very few posters on here who I can say I know nothing about. Some people might think they'll be forced to publish their entire lives on this forum, that's not the case, if they want to chat about football there's plenty of lads on here who'll chat with them... if they want to chat about piles, favourite horror films, your biggest ever bogey, types of spiders, wives who fart and millions of other off topic things then you, myself and Billy will probably do our best to humour them and others may join in!
