Changing the subject, has anyone been watching Happy Valley? Easily the best police drama around, mainly due to the great acting and completely believable characters. A word of warning though: you need to catch up with Series 1 before you try Series 2.

Just watched episodes 3 & 4 from Series 1 last night - cracking stuff. Gritty, but very well done. Sarah Lancashire is turning into a brilliant actress.

Oh dear God, there's another boxing match coming up. I hate all that stupid prefight stuff....so false as they try and engender interest in the uninteresting. These guys rarely hate each other, so pushing their noses into each others faces will never convince me. It would be like having a couple of footballers staring at each other two weeks before a match. Mind you, a bare-chested weigh in before a game would be an interesting development.
As is James Norton as Tommy Lee Royce. Acting well outside his usual upper class comfort zone and doing a chillingly brilliant job. I also think the young lad playing Ryan Cawood will have a great future, he is just fantastic as a confused and questioning (now) 10-year-old. It's hard to spot any weak links in such a great series
Yes, agree. James Norton is SO chilling ............. scary stuff. All in all, a super series and deserves to be recognised.
