    Tactically Benitez is up there with the best. If they are serious about getting him then they must know that he wants full control. Having said that, his transfer record isn't the greatest from what I remember. Cracking manager though.

    I can see him coming in until the end of the season initially. Further talks will be put on hold until the summer IMO.

    I dont know why everyone believes the board havent acted decisively. How do you know they didnt meet on Saturday at 5pm and decide to honour the rest of his contract?
    While Benitez may sound good he is known for his preference for squad rotation which isnt possible with what we have got.
