I don't know, but the wonderfully named "Macaroni penguin" must have some Italian heritage, so, surely, can play football at the very least :emoticon-0105-wink:

A quickie. Jude Law's new film, Black Sea. Saw it last night. Law's Scottish accent is highly contrived, as is the film's story, yet it still remains quite entertaining, as is he. After all, it's a submarine film and I'm a sucker for submarine films.

Das Boot was class - loved it and have seen it a few times. Still the best ever submarine film/TV series (apart from "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" and "U571" of course <whistle>)

Ah well, Das Boot is about as good as it gets where sub films are concerned.

I have to guiltily admit that I thoroughly enjoyed U571, the rollicking good yarn about the American capturing an Enigma machine during the early part of WWII. Complete fabrication, of course. First the Polish did it, then the British, and right at the very end of the War, when Germany were all but holding their hands up, the American's captured one as well. U571 wasn't that story. Never mind. The film admitted it in the closing credits, so I forgave it. Plenty had left the cinema before the credits got to that point so they never realised the film was just trying to be entertaining. And fictional.

Apparently the Ghostbusters plot has leaked. The leak makes it sound awful.
