Probably is different.. Never done it myself being a renter.

I can't stand flakey ****ers you can't predict and on a house buy I'd say there's no comfort at all even if they say yes. Until papers are signed you are worried the ****er will just change his mind on a whim.

My selling and buying are compering separate so it all happening twice over lol

 

The hanging about waiting all the time not being able to do anything is doing my head in. Not to mention that there is a second bidder involved too so I'm bothered about missing out. Very rare anything bothers me but this is truly ****ing my head up atm.

What makes it worse is my mortgage advisor's not getting back to me like they said they would. They're in for a grumbling when I speak to them!
