So that's why you're all arsey, lately. Should have realised.

Hope it all sorts itself out, mate. House buying/selling is a stressful pastime.

  10. The bloke selling it doesn't like answering either of his two mobiles. The estate agents managed to speak to him just once in the last four days!

    Is this in Ireland?
Is the system different over there- like in Scotland?
Conveyancing in England takes ****ing ages.

    Finally found the refs.

    Referee: Carlos Velasco Carballo (ESP)
Assistant Referee 1: Roberto Alonso Fernández (ESP)
Assistant Referee 2: Juan Carlos Yuste Jiménez (ESP)
Additional Assistant Referee 1: Jesús Gil Manzano (ESP)
Additional Assistant Referee 2: Carlos Del Cerro Grande (ESP)
Fourth Official: Ángel Nevado Rodríguez (ESP)
UEFA Referee Observer: Jørn West Larsen (DEN)
    UEFA Delegate: William Campbell (NIR)

Note the Spanish refs will be interesting to see how they ref a premium style game. Felliani take note.

Note the northern Ireland delegate on a junket. Very dangerous this. Could be a hidden Manc or a red here...

Probably is different.. Never done it myself being a renter.

Seems to be fairly quick once in agreement from what I've seen of mates that have done it.. Will ask my mate out of interest...

I can't stand flakey ****ers you can't predict and on a house buy I'd say there's no comfort at all even if they say yes. Until papers are signed you are worried the ****er will just change his mind on a whim.

  19. The hanging about waiting all the time not being able to do anything is doing my head in. Not to mention that there is a second bidder involved too so I'm bothered about missing out. Very rare anything bothers me but this is truly ****ing my head up atm.

What makes it worse is my mortgage advisor's not getting back to me like they said they would. They're in for a grumbling when I speak to them!

and no, it still wasn't a ****ing penalty <grr> <laugh>
