Well spotted Luther. I wondered who would be the first to pick up on that clearly deliberate omission. No Chance Rules Volume 84 deals with the discretionary powers I have and I had already decided that your entry was of such a calibre that it did not need to go through this preliminary round and would simply be considered in the final round of voting. I had thought about pm'ing you to let you know but had, clearly, wrongly assumed that you would realise this without my having to mention it.
