So basically challenging for top 4 every year winning back to back FA cups qualifying for CL every season and getting to the knock out stages is not enough ?
You would need more than a new manager and a few £100 mil on players to win the Champions league .
Spurs have spent more money than you and had 11 managers since Wenger arrived what did that achieve ?.

I think that comment is best aimed at A87.

So for a loser like you, that is enough. At least we're finally out with it, that you are a loser, and that you are content with top 4 and only qualifying for the UCL, that's your definition of success, lol, how pathetic really.

No, I want to win leagues, win the UCL, be a consistent challenger for the title, not challenge, then come January-March, bottle it, and no, I'm sick and tired of challenging for top 4 ever year, I reiterate, I want to be challenging for the league, not the 4th place trophy. With the money-resources we have, and how much we as fans pay, my ST costs more than all the other clubs ST etc, we should be doing those things, not consistently bottling it, and only challenging for top 4, to qualify for Europe, and to then do **** all in that competition.

For a loser like Piskie, yes, that is enough, but for real fans who have ambitions, no, it's not enough.

Top teams brag about winning titles, european cups, trebles, you name it.

Piskie brags about making top 4 and qualifying for Europe for 18 years.

    LOL, so funny.

Is there any need for these comments? We get that you disagree with Piskie, but just because someone has a different opinion on how the club should gain success does that mean it's ok to hurl insults around?

Not an insult, I'm not calling him dumb, ****, etc, but a loser, because he does have a loser mentality. It's just a fact, there are winners, and losers.

It is an insult and it's not a fact, it's just an opinion - just that you happen to disagree with his opinion that is all.

It could be good to discuss the team, but if people (not specifically you Arsenal87) want to throw insults and rants at each other then they can, it'll just be a shame as there's plenty of forums already like that.

I think we need to give the topic of Wenger a rest, until the end of the season. It's getting quite negative at the moment and it's nearly becoming a Wenger fansite, albeit a haters one at the moment <laugh>

It's water off a duck's back to me mate. He's calling me a loser, but I'm the one saying we still have a fight for the title, whilst he's given up and having a hissy fit about it.

It's also getting quite repetitive as well. Most people have an opinion on Wenger, and most don't seem to change much (which is understandable, he's been here 20 years and hasn't won a major trophy for 11 years) but saying the same thing over and over does get a bit boring.

I agree and antagonising each other at such a pivotal point of our season is counter-productive. Yes I've had enough of Wenger and think he needs to go, but going on about it at every available moment is a little too excessive. It's also spilling over to threads that have nothing to do with Wenger, and we have enough Wenger related threads already!

The season is really over from a title winning perspective, we only have the cup to play for, and just maintain top 4, which I think we will manage. Nothing much to play for anymore other than those 2 things.

We have bottled it and our league season is ending on a whimper.

Wenger is to blame for this, if he stays, you can bet there will be more arguments and infighting, and i'm talking in general, not just the boards, as long as he stays, he will create a toxic-negative atmosphere and vibe at the club, it's just the way it is. He needs to go, he has been with us 2 decades now, clearly can't take us any further, so time to step aside and let someone else try.

I've had enough of him, I've had enough of him before, but the fact that he has bottled it again, in same fashion as before, it just disgraceful, there's always that fan in me saying maybe it will be different now and he can.....But then he ****s it up like before and even worst, there is no hope with him anymore.

    Wenger out!

Technically it isn't. Despite our annoyances of the current situation, we can still win it if we go on a run. We've got close to a full strength squad so really we should be going all out.

But to be honest, any dissecting of the season should be left at the end, as we're starting to go around in circles at the moment.
