    Leap up in weight just too much. His overconfidence cost him ultimately. He won the first round but you could see how much he was over reaching with his punches 5'9 against a 6ft fighter so for all he was landing of Diaz he wasn't able to plant his feet so there wasn't a great deal behind them. Thought if it went to ground he could be in bother.

    The Holm v Tate fight was great. A great clash of styles

    Ive never seen him so flat footed. He usually bounces around on his toes.
    It was a massive mistake moving up weight like he did.
    The moment he took Diaz down knowing he was in trouble standing toe to toe I knew it would be game over.
    He needs to set up base in America and get a top wrestling/Jui jitsu coach to be the finished product.
    We just dont do wrestling in this country. Its part of the school education in the states.
