To be honest I'm going to try and not comment too much over there for a while. They will be hurting after what has gone on and I think some of them are starting to feel a bit defensive of their club being attacked, which is natural. I didn't think I had been attacking either the club or their fans to be honest, as I feel the real villains of this piece (apart from AJ) are the PFA. I have a habit of getting caught up in the minutia of arguments though when I get going and then others can jump in and read the posts out of context.
It's not out of shyness - more just nauseating reasonableness!! I've said my piece and without new information or developments it would probably stray into just going on about it and winding people up. Anyway, there's a derby coming up. It's about time I started digging my bunker for when we get beat again
Aye I stopped posting over a while back when it stopped being a laugh. At one time you could go over and WUM, take the piss, and you'd get royally abused by MR, Rog etc. Then you had the likes of Comm, Disco and Gonads who'd rarely even bat an eyelid, ignore all the guff and just comment on the parts where they knew you weren't having a laugh. Then you'd get the likes Cestria who'd hoy his toys out the pram. I think once the cross board stuff stopped, we lost a massive chunk of the forum too. I liked it over there. To be fair my posting on here is becoming more and more random. I'm absolutely mullered work wise. Some of them are in very defensive mode, some just flat refuse to accept the club may have done anything wrong. I wouldn't take it personally you tosser.
Nowt to do with them. They'll be heartbroken themselves. They'll never be able to look at him the same again.
The strange bit in there for me is why do Durham Police want to know her whereabouts? If she did know more than she has let on then that may raise moral questions, but I wouldn't have thought it raised legal questions.
I think Byrne needs to either resign or be sacked. The sooner the better imo. She`s been a poor choice from day one. A series a bad decisions particularly managerial appointments (the mad italian a prime example). Lurching from one mess to the next. Short needs to actually do something instead of leaving the running of the club to somebody who can`t bloody do the job. Now we have this (another badly handled) Johnson thing. Terrible judgement again. On the subject of Johnson I don`t think anyone would argue he`s been an idiot and deserves a custodial sentence. However, for those who are arguing he should never play again, should be castrated and all the rest of it. He is not a rapist, he is not a violent man and nowhere near in the same league as the *****phile gangs of Rochdale and all the others. Just my personal opinion and having me bit say.
