Hopefully MA tells Charnley to call SM and tell him he's sacked. Then once that is done MA tells him to **** off as well!
Looking at the scenarios above of what's needed to survive. How many people, I wonder, had the recent home game against Bournemouth in their calculations as a win or a draw?
My head is ****ed, incredibly dehydrated. Has he been sacked yet? If not they need to wake up. This guy is a moron, he makes Pardew look like a genius. He makes Carver look...no hang on. All I know is there are no excuses for what he is serving up. Sure he is a nice bloke but he ain't a football manager. Riviere. When in the ****, turn to him. Lunatic. As for Saylor, that is as bad as Colo's calamitous ****e. We haven't got anything to pair with Mbemba, they're all clowns.
God knows. I don't know if it is true. Just what I have been told. Ashley spoke to Charnley straight after the game apparently.
If this is true, then I'm glad there is a meeting before sacking him. He needs as much info out of Steve as to what has gone wrong before getting rid. We know Steve has to take a lot of the blame, but he isn't the only problem at the club. Get as much input out of him before pulling the trigger so we have a chance (an unlikely one) of not repeating the same mistakes with the next manager. With a bit of luck, Steve will be pointing the finger over the table in the direction of Charnley and Carr.
Sacking Schteeve now is pointless. No manager in the world could save this sorry bunch of players from themselves in the next 10 games. Newcastle United are going to be relegated so we just need to decide how much money we will offer Chris Hughton to tempt him back!
At present I would take anyone with a bit of intelligence. We can all see what's wrong but Tufty can't. Organisation needed and arses kicked, big time.
Moyes would simply scare the living daylight out of these fools. Players like Sissoko and Janmaat can play, they just cant be arsed to stick to what they're being told to do.
Maclaren is having his worst managerial performance ever with us. Not a surprise. Record Ref P W D L Win % Middlesbrough 12 June 2001 11 May 2006 - 38.8% win ratio England 1 August 2006 22 November 2007 - 50.0% Twente 20 June 2008 11 May 2010 - 62.9% Wolfsburg 11 May 2010 7 February 2011 - 29.2% Nottingham Forest 13 June 2011 2 October 2011 - 23.1% Twente 5 January 2012 26 February 2013 - 47.6% Derby County 30 September 2013 25 May 2015 - 53.7% Newcastle United 10 June 2015 Present - 22.6% Total 44.9%
I don't think any of us are under the illusion that our current league position is solely Tuftys fault. But the reality is you can't change the players, and swapping out the board won't have an immediate effect on the playing staff. Also, if/when we go down, do any of us have any confidence in McClaren being able to win back promotion?
i guess we will hear later after Ashley has his meeting at 2pm with Penfold. I fear Penfold will stick up for McClaren though as he was resposible for his appointment. I had more enjoyment curling a turd out this morning than I did watching that shower of dogshit yesterday.
