It wasn't so long ago that HIAG was scoffing that Spurs would take 6 points off of Arsenal this season. Is that a bottle job, or a wum **** up .. or both ?
not just that, it's not often you see a team of 11 run out of steam against 10, they're lucky they're out of the cup and get a abit of a rest
I don't think he can talk about any bottle job from other teams when his own team have bottled it big time this week.
Cmon Lee, lets be fair to Haig, We cant blame him for being swept up in the dream of a spurs title, they've played to a consistent level up until now, add that to the fact they know this season now will have to go down as an opportunity missed given the dross some the usual suspects have served up, one which is unlikely to ever be seen again some would say! What should worry Haig and the rest of the fans is losing their top 4 spot which to be fair has looked nailed on since december, should that happen it could be seen as one of the biggest give ups ever seen in the pl. Extraordinary season.
Yes, and meanwhile the Foxes are just grinding out the points, they really deserve to win the league, and you know what.. they aren't far off. 15 more points *should* do it for them.
HIAG has even bottled the forum this evening. That shows how fragile he is about the current Spurs bottle job. *fully expect him to be on soon either claiming : (1) He's been too busy in his fantasy life to post (2) He been in hiding on purpose as a wum.
Hiag has gone missing, in his absence I have taken it upon myself to act in his stead and post the Picard of defeat please log in to view this image
HIAG cowering in the cupboard and bottling coming onto the forum tells you everything you need to know about this bottle job.
I think the title is Leicester's to lose at this point. I can't see Arsenal closing that 8 point gap in time and the spuds will fade away especially as they still have the Europey to content with.
Spurs have to go away to Dortmund on Spursday night, that will be a tough game and a real energy sapper for them. They've ridden their luck this season with injuries and favourable refereeing decisions, but with two bottle jobs in two games, it could start to fall apart for them if they suffer defeat at Dortmund. Luckily for them they have Villa on the Sunday, so anything less than 3 points would be another bottle job.
Now the pressure is off Arsenal they will probably put a decent run together possible overtaking Spurs. Losing 2-1, down to 10 pen, pressure is off.
Yea but Arsenal always have that mini run at the end of the season, it'll be enough to secure 2nd more than likely.
I've played a gig last night, lads - Didn't get back until the early hours and was knackered. Just catching up with postings and threads. It's embarrassing, the poor level of wummery that's being bandied about! Great result of Leicester, but there's still plenty of time for them to slip up. Not saying they will, but it's not over until the fat lady sings. And for the NLD, I repeat, the result hurts Arsenal more. No one expected either Leicester or Spurs to finish in the top 4, let alone challenge for the title, but not so for Arsenal. They've had legend after legend come out and slate the team and Wenger, and they still couldn't lift their game, today. That said, there are plenty of points for Arsenal to turn their season round.
