Btw, did anyone notice that Doukara was helped off the field by 2 trainers at the end of the game? Couldn't put any weight on his left foot. Our striking difficulties might just have got worse. Wood will not be risked until Saturday at the very least, apparently. Erwin had already pulled out with an injury for the match. If they're all out on Tuesday, will we just play Ant up front on his own? Hope not, as we know how well that's gone in the past. Wonder if Botaka will be given a chance? We don't even have a spare CB to play as an emergency striker if Cooper's injury is going to keep him out. And the best prospect from the u21s, Stokes, is out injured too. Grrr. We thought the squad size/quality had been exposed before, but this might just take the biscuit!
Morning guys, put me right here if you can - I seem to remember Byram turning Everton down because he had very little chance of first team football at Goodison. Wet Sham have a defensive crisis and solve it by blooding a seventeen year old, Byram not even on the bench. Is he injured or do they just not rate him?
He is ****ed isn't he....... As we already know he will spend more time on the table than the pitch. To be fair to him he has played well in the games he has played.
Man of the match in his first game.... Rave reviews. Granted I only watched it on MOTD. How many points has he picked up in the prem since he left compare to staying on at our circus. Btw there have been a number of times you have justifiably said people have played well in games we haven't won.
Needless to say, my curiousity emanated from the "should have stayed at Leeds and you'd be playing, so f*** you" part of my brain.
They protested at the Middlesboro game and we put in a good performance, no protest when we played Brighton as far as I'm aware, and we lost. They protested at the Bolton game and we won................so, as I previously mentioned, they should protest every game, at least every home game.......
All the normal acceptable reactions, but in this case I have tempered them because Cellino basically forced him out with his initial new deal. And nobody will convince me that wasnt all about Cellino ensuring he pocket the cash. The same scenario may well play out for one or all of Cook, Wooton, Coyle (if he ain't fecked) in the summer.
He's serving a 2 game ban for 10 yellows otherwise he would have been playing NOT Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Goal? Has carried over yellow cards and got a suspension and then is cup tied for a West Ham game, so 3 games out.
