Yep and I'm forced to dangle my hook for minnows at this point

Tobes has been raging hard against #doingalukaku the last week and is now in hiding with all his worst fears #confirmed

BTW watching MOTD, Lukaku even got Mirallas red carded with his sloppy pass

Not true. Even had we won at Selhurst Park we were still relying on City to drop points in their last two home games as they had a superior goal difference of @ 8 on the evening of that game (many suspect that's why Liverpool went ****ing banzai to try and get a shed load even when they were 0-3 up).

He laughed and patted the ref. Then he lunged in with an uncontrolled tackle - then Bobby's on TV saying the ref doesn't understand the game! (he clearly doesn't understand where the edge of the box is after that pen on Besic - wonder if he is from the same school of refereeing as that turd Michael Oliver who gave a pen at Anfield to WBA that was two yards outside the box?).

  8. If it wasn't before, it's certainly Leicester's to lose now.

Five points clear with nine to go. Spurs would need to outscore them by over 0.5pts per game!

Leicester have nine good matches too with only the final three of anything remotely representing difficulty; away to Man Utd, home to Everton and away to Chelsea.

Man Utd and Chelsea both have a reputation for ruining title challenges for others. It might be over by then though

  10. I'd have agreed worth you before last week's loss.

I put money on Man City to win the league and Liverpool to win EL double a couple of weeks back. I cashed out last add it offers me my stake back. Why? Because Man City aren't winning it lol

Nah. 5 points is one loss one draw

Never mind 0.5 points a game.

All Leicester have is a game in their pocket now.

They need and should expect to have to win 8 more

The wise man would be focusing on the next game but I just get the feeling they've already tied up and half the team is looking at the table.

The results have been ground out at best not won well so that's great until you lose two in a row and can't react.

I think they need to maintain this gap over next 4 and have 5 points gap with 5 to go.

I also seriously do not fancy city for 4th.

I think Utd will cream them for it.

  12. You're only focusing on Leicester there. You're forgetting the view for other teams. None of Spurs, Arsenal or Man City can afford to drop any more points!

I acknowledge that by saying maintain gap at 5 not win the next 4.

As I said really it's only a game in their back pocket to lose but they don't want to be going into last game to win it from here.

When you've got the gap you want to fight tooth and nail to keep it as long as possible or extend it.

However as I said some of them must be tightening up as their results are not quite flowing. They need a routine 2-0 or 3-0 to settle them.

    I think at least

Leicester are doing well but they are getting help from all quarters. The top teams are falling over themselves in trying to help them. As there are no outstanding and consistent team amongst them, they are just dropping points. Yesterday's NLD is an example. No winner and therefore both drop 2 points. Whereas a Win for either would have meant closer to Leicester.

yes we love the underdog giving the usual elite a bloody nose. My reservation is when this team playing that type of football competes with a decent European side in the CL. i cannot see our prospective champions making much progress especially if mahrez moves on as expected. Not a good advert for the English game is it?

It is a very exciting but poor league this season. If you take the general rule that if you average 2 points for every game you will most likely get top 4, you will see that only Leicester have this and only just above the 2 point average and they are top of the league. Doesn't count for much, but shows how much lower the points are on average

Wickham's a doubt for Palace apparently...........normally wouldn't be an issue but he's been on good form recently

There's only one reason for why we need to win today - to stick it to that smug prick, Pardew.

Cant stand palace.... And pardew makes it even worse. Never liked him from his Southampton days when were fighting beighton at top of league 1 and had some horrible words said about the club.
