I don't feel comfortable with any fan of our club saying we should sack somebody because they are racially biased when choosing Manager's. That's just my own personal opinion.
I strongly feel we all need to relax and give the current regime (both JFH and LF) at least till the end of the season and then access things and make judgements on both of them.

Don't really understand all the angst, we all knew that we weren't good enough to go straight back up, and even if we did manage to scrape through via the play-offs I don't think the vast majority wanted it.
There are 24 teams in this league and we are most definitely not one of the best 3 that will gain promotion. We need to make sure that we are one of those 3 either next season or the following season so I'm prepared to cut JFH and Sir Les a little slack until then.

I think the poster who opened this thread has shown himself (assuming it's a he) to be a racist bigot which is something I thought was something from a bygone age......

I don't think Les is racist i think like TF he makes poor decisions.
I have seen on Twitter and other sites post after post from fans that went today saying we were poor yet again. I don't always understand views from posters saying it will be alright next season? Jimmy has had plenty of games to have stamped his authority on the team and he has not. No consistency, no fight, nothing that will convince me that next season will be any better.
I was vocal about not wanting Benny and the same with JFH. I will stick by my words and hope all the posters that disagree stick by theirs?
After all the changes, JFH is no better than Benny and that worries me.
Would it do any good to allow him the opportunity to either rectify/modify his comments or give some sort of explanation? That's a question.
He posted something similar on the match day thread and has been offline for the last 3 hours or so, so I doubt that any response will be forthcoming anytime soon.
Most of the reports suggest we were decent in the first half, do not an entirely crisp performance perhaps.
What I'm finding extremely annoying is that week after week, each and every game we play is of two different halves.
Good fist half, bad second or visa versa ................. why?
What the hell is said at half time to make for such changes?
As I've said all along, I hope the manger is getting all the support he needs from LF and the board.
If so, this must reflect sooner or later for a more even team balance / performance.

It is very normal mid table form! I think JFH should have kept the same team that did well last week as much as possible. But he may have had good reasons we know nothing of.

We started this season with a strong team on paper and should have been in the mix for promotion. I think the standard I have seen in this league this year is very average and the fact with our players we can't beat the likes of MK Dons is pathetic.
LF is cutting his teeth as a DOF and has no experience and does not know what he's doing. JFH is a work in progress. Put the two together and you have a high risk strategy which is not paying off.
We need someone like Warnock or Pearson who have experience and a proven track record. Colour does not enter into it.
