  1. There was a point in the season when Drinkwater couldn't get in the side

All players go through a dip in form, just go to show, they do have some squad depth :emoticon-0100-smile

  4. Mahrez is the one imo. Vardy as been great but Mahrez as created most of his chances

Yeah, Vardy sticks it in the net but doesn't do much else, Mahrez is a much more dynamic, skillfull player but also sticks it in the net

Yeah, Mahrez has been superb this season. Your neighbours have a young player with a similar style who I think has a chance to emulate him in the future, like to guess who it is?

  12. He's got potential but he's got some way to go to reach Mahrez's levels of this season.

Very true, he has to learn that after beating 3 men he doesn't have to beat a 4th and 5th (Mahrez still tries this occasionally).
Other than that his crossing is spot on and his precision passing to feet is almost as good as Mahrez, he has time on his side and with the right coaching can be every bit as good or even better.

  15. I think those sorts of players also need to learn that they don't always need to beat a man too.

It's bugs the hell out of me when watching liverpool, our players always try to beat a man or get closer before putting a cross in. We never do it early

I think it all comes down to coaching, many young players start out like world beaters but never gain the intelligence to back up their obvious skill. Maybe they are just too thick/big headed to learn :emoticon-0100-smile

    He'd be a great fit.

They're a step up from Everton, basically the same club but with the stadium alreayd sorted, just as desperate for success and willing to worship anyone who delivers. But not so big as Man Utd, full of players with more ego than skill and fans who don't understand anything beyond singing "glory glory".

Don't worry, we will never know what it's like to sing "you'll never walk alone"
