Newcaste have a half decent squad. I fear if Ginger bollocks gets sacked someone like Moyes could turn them round.
I've had an uneasy feeling, for a few weeks, that Sam has arrived just a little late to save us. The performances are getting better but the lack of points in the first half of the season is taking is toll. Just need to avoid defeat in 2 weeks time
Here's where im gonna say what folks dont want to hear. Ive had that feeling since day one. Hence you will not find one post of endorsment. Backing yes after getting the job. Nothing more.
Fat Mike might have taken notice of our recent derby victories with a new manager taking control of his first match, so tbat might spur him on to give Rusty head the chop.
Still a long way to go but we are edging it just, we could have been 3 points adrift if todays results had been different Nigel Worthington is being mentioned.
Do you know, it is funny you said that but I met a light designer back in 2009 that was going to design a new lamp stand range based on McLarens stance and posture and of course with his Winnie the Pooh brolly. The problem was though he couldn't fathom who would be daft enough to buy one, at the start of the season I emailed him and said go ahead with production, there's 55k inside the ground and another million who can't get in who are certainly daft enough to buy your lamp stand. He's working on sheds next, interested?.. This lad is, he's right going for the idea..
I was gutted at the time to concede but really a point away at a good side like Southampton is a solid result. I see a side that's getting better and better but that's not what I see when I look at our rivals. I think we'll be alright.
Look at the three managers, McLaren, Jock at Norwich and Sam, who has the vast Premiership experience and is currently sitting outside the bottom three. Which team are showing a bit of form (not exceptional but better than the other two) and I know who I think will stay up. Yes the late equaliser was like a kick in the bollocks but I trust in Sam to see us through the Derby match and our game at Carrow Road, we won't get anywhere near 39 points, but will have enough to win our own mini league. KTF.
