I say yes if it means that some of these dodgy penalties can be given right one way or another.
Offside can be seen within 10 secs too, after the ball goes in I mean. It will be a dead ball situation so they can even take abit of time looking at it & pass on a ´GOAL` or `NO GOAL` verdict.

Depends on so many factors - if it means football becomes stop-start like rugby then no.

Each team should get a certain amount of appeals during a match, i wouldn't review everything.

Offside is something that could be improved by technology. However we would have to go back to the old definition of 'offside'. The whole concept of what now constitutes being offside has become far too difficult by trying to deem what is 'interfering with play' and what isn't, and multiple phases of play. It has become a nightmare for defenders. I'm in favour of the Brian Clough approach - if you're on the pitch, you're interfering with play, end of. Keep it simple by removing contention and individual interpretation. That way you get consistency which is what we're after.

If you were to use video technology to determine free kicks/penalties/ hand ball, it is just someone else's view of whether there has been an infringement rather than the referee's/linesman's, so there is still inconsistent human involvement.

that's way in hockey although the umpire can ask for review without an appeal
