All of our signings who could walk into your side with ease.

Plus Kasper has gone, Snodgrass is going, Gradel is going...

Hmm, thats all of Leeds' good players. You have a **** squad and you will do **** this season. Your main striker is Billy Paynter <laugh>

Sorry, who have you bought <laugh>

You've sold Johnson and Kilkenny who I KNOW you all bum, Gradel's going, Kasper's gone, even Becchio's out for the start of your season.

Point is you've lost a few and gained **** all. Besides other than Schmeichel (see our goalkeepers from last season and he is a major improvement) I would only have Gradel anyway. You did well last season due to the momentum of having being promoted the previous year. You've got a very average squad and you'll definitely decline.

what on earth makes you think Snodgrass or Gradel are going anywhere? Each of these players has so far had one offer made for them and both of them have been laughed off by Leeds. Do you know something I don't, like do you work for Leeds United in an area that knows about transfers, or are you just an idiot?

You know, I've said this to Bristol fans quite often this summer; a person so sure that a player will stay would not get so het up about a suggestion of them leaving.

If Gradel gets wind that he's wanted by West Ham, he'll be off. So you've rejected one bid, big whoop, nobody ever submits too bids do they...

...are you stupid? He already knows he's wanted by West Ham. It's been all over the transfer news, it's common knowledge that they are the team that made a bid that we rejected. Yet he still hasn't handed a transfer request in. You either pick your news selectively or you're just a complete idiot.

The point I was making about turning bids down is that A) it's been made clear that only unreasonable bids would have a chance of being accepted for our best players and B) it's impossible for a player to leave if noones bidding for them.

Bloody hell you spend a bit of money and you think you're already in the premier league, when the reality is that you probably won't make it because your team is full of overpaid premadonnas who now think they are too good for the league. What am I saying "now think", Schmeichel already thought he was too good. If any of your other players are anything like he is, I can see it's clearly rubbing off on the fans as well. You think you're way better than you actually are.

As for "any of our players would walk into the Leeds team", we already took the 2 players that would walk into our team off you. The rest are the kind of player that want more money than they are actually worth, which is the kind of player you attract when you throw money about like you have been doing. 10 million on transfers already and you're not even finished, with a 5 or 6 mill bid for Maynard expected to be accepted before the season starts? That's an obscene amount of money, and all it'll get you is players, agents and clubs trying to mug you off and succeeding.

You took both of those players when we we're in the Championship and you were in League one.

So yes, they could walk into your squad.

    Championship yes, Premier league no.

He's not the finished article yet.

Plus at the time he couldn't touch our side in the Championship so we got rid.

    Don't bite <laugh>

Your last 2 paragraphs are so typical of the opposition fans we get on here, yet they are just incoherent rants. Are you saying we should be bricking it because we've got money? Really, explain yourself. An 'obscene amount of money' is a good thing, no? Also, we've brought 8 players in yes - 3 have been free agents, and only one has been what someone might call a big fee. It's less than £10m on 8 players, that's not over the top on the whole.

But really, out of your current squad, I'd only have Gradel. Snodgrass and Howson are decent players but no better than the midfielders we've got. I'd have Becchio if we weren't bringing in a better striker, which we will <ok>

As for prima donna's, why's that, cause they have high wages for this league? I'm sure your players work for nothing....get over it, football are paid ridiculous wages, you're the same, perhaps not to the same extent but don't pretend they aren't overpaid.

David O'Leary's spending when in charge of Leeds. Now that is what I would call obscene. They have only just started to recover from that little escapade.

    Overpaid premadonnas.

Just because someone is on a high wage it doesn't make them a premadonna.

99 times out of 100 it means they are quality players.

Gerrard is on 100 odd grand a week at Liverpool. Is he a premadonna?

No, stop living in the past, Football has changed since you we're half decent.

lets just skim over that Schmeichel wasn't one of our best players, and then remember that we also have Howson and Becchio.

.....and further more, when are you (Leeds) going to get a ground that isn't still stuck in 70's Lionel Richie styley time warp? :afro:

I've been to your ground. It's boring, grim and characterless, so don't give it that.

I've been to your ground. Your fans didn't really sing that day, so the fact that it was old was pretty irrelevant, since you didn't create any atmophere - aka 'character'.

You'd be surprised how boring all football grounds are on a day when no football is being played in them, or in Coventry <ok>

Becchio is just a worse Yakubu lazy and all he does is moan

Howson is just a dirty ****, the fouls everyone and then moans to the ref.

So if you define your players abilities on how well they are whine and bitch then yes, they are your best players

    Calm down gents!

LCFC are on a pedestal ready to be knocked off. Chances are 24-1 we'll finish somewhere in the division.

    24-1.

I like those odds. 23 places up to be No.1.

It can be done. It will be done.

Incidentally, I'm glad our owners have pots of cash and yet want to sit in the cheep seats in the stands in Austria with fans right around them. Bates wouldn't EVER mix with the rabble.

I'm going to LOVE the pressure this season. BRING IT ON...

LCFC as Favourites!!!!!!!!! Yeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Knock us down go on!

he's a worse Yakubu but gets more goals? brilliant logic there. Becchio's quality does not come from technical skill. He has good vision up front and always gives an end product - goals. He's a striker, so that's what he is there for. How you can say a 20 goals a season striker is "crap" in any situation is beyond me.

Also, he's a bloody good work horse. Number of times he's tracked back and played 3rd centre half, all during the same match as getting in very dangerous positions... Ye he's terrible <laugh>

If you think Howson is anything less than class as a forward thinking attacking mid then you're just an idiot.

Then again you think Schmeichel is good based on a small amount of what you've seen despite us that have seen him play loads don't rate him, and then you try and say another one of our players (again, who we've seen play far more than you have) is crap when he is actually one of the best players in the Championship.

Each time you post your opinion of what makes a player good gets less and less credible, so why should I believe any of the ratings of your new "star team"?
