3 years ago, or anywhere else in the world, or if it was a woman with a teenage boy, I doubt it would even have gone to court - rightly or wrongly - let alone him looking at spending several years inside, labelled the scum of humanity etc.

He's an immature, foolish man who made a mistake. It shouldn't cost him his life.

And whatever it makes me, my view remains - based on what limited informarion I have - that the punishment doesn't fit the crime. The fact that it's considered more serious than killing someone is a ****ing joke. Imo.

Are you seriously telling me that you are incapable of identifying the difference between the two scenarious, where :

One scenario is an adult having one non intercourse sexual encounter with a 15 year old who was not in his care and

The other scenario is 13 counts of sexual assault against boys as young as 13, including sexual intercourse with a boy of 13, and where each incident involved a child of whom the defendant was their school headmistress ?

I find it difficult to believe that there is a human being alive capable of reading and writing, who is that stupid.

I haven't been shot down in flames. People disagree with me. That doesn't mean they are right.

With your assistance, what I have actually done, is shown that the anticipated sentence is totally disproportianate with other crimes, including those of the same nature comitted by others.

I know that you have a different view to me, but in attempting to demonstrate with factual references that you are correct, all that you have done so far, is supported my contention.

If you wish to have another go at refuting my comment, I entirely welcome it.
