Totally agree with the posts by RAW and Cumbrian above. Even leaving aside the Johnson case, I'm sick & tired of innocent until proven guilty being undermined. There's a damn good reason the principle exists and that the prosecution, rather than the defence, has to prove their case. Otherwise anyone could accuse anyone of anything. Johnson was found guilty during the trial phase. That was the time to sack him, not before.
