It's a funny old game and anyway, I have too much other **** going on in my life to be getting upset over football. Whatever the result, it wont change my life. Its a NLD and anything can happen.
Yep if anything, form goes right out of the window in the NLD. Which for us would be a good thing at the moment. A87 scoffs at being level with Spurs if we win. But from my perspective that means we're level and in a position to fight for the title. Hope whatever else is going on in your life gets straightened out fella. All the best.
lol, at fight for the title, 2 wins out 8 is not fighting for the title, quit the delusions man. and quit thinking ahead of yourself please, we will probably lose or draw tomorrow, making it 2 wins of 9, but you're so hopeless you'd still be like we're fighting for the title on that form. Okay, yeah, sure.
A win tomorrow means nothing, let's get that straight, the usual suspects will no doubt be blowing their horns if we win saying how this proves we have fight bla bla bla and how we bounced back and are back in it, and all that usual nonsense. We have been here before, won a big game, and then bottled it. We beat City, and then lost 4-0, we beat Leciester, and have lost our next 2 league games since then. This Arsenal side can produce results here and there, but when it comes to doing it on a consistent basis, forget about it, we have shown we're not capable of going on runs, if 2 wins out of 8 games doesnt show how we lack bottle, then nothing will, and people are simply being deluded for the sake of being deluded.
No the players have, 2 wins out 8, 2 wins out 8 away games says they have, unless you call that not giving up? You don't like facts, we get it, you just like delusions based on no actual solid basis, I stick to the facts. What do you call 2 wins out of 8? You call that a fighting spirit? If you don't call that giving up, then you're just a liar to yourself, there's nothing else to call 2 wins out of 8.
I'm done putting my hope in these prima dona players under this manager. I was stupid enough to buy into the hype that maybe we could do it this year, now I know better now. Until this manager goes, I'm not putting any false hope into this team of bottlers.
One question-how come Piskie has to quit thinking ahead whilst you can tell us what the result will be. Some double standards there, methinks.
See this is what I was talking about earlier. Whilst I would agree with you in principle, you have posted this same message (or thereabouts) about 10 times now. Why feel the need to ram your teams failures down the throats of your fellow Arsenal fans? Can you understand why this might piss people off?
Last chance saloon for us tomorrow. Anything less than a win and that's us done (if we aren't already). Even a win may not be enough. Get behind the team, but my faith in Wenger has never been lower (not that it ever was anything)
I think the Spuds are going to go at you from the get go. No offence intended but they had a harder game mid-week and will want to get over that loss quickly. It will be a good game though, i'll take a bet on a 3-2 Spuds win.
I have empirical evidence to back me up, he doesnt. , the evidence shows we are bottlers, lack consistency, bottle it even after getting a big win. So yeah, that's why, unless you haven't been following what's been happening in the last 3 months?
Because I'm sick of him trying to ram it down our throats about how we're still fighting for the title, how I have given up as if the team hasnt, and the usual spin job deluded positivity nonsense. The only thing that is acceptable now, or viewpoint, is Wenger going, and we are bottlers, that's it, anything else, and I have no time for it, because it's a load of horse ****. the Wenger brigade have had all the time-chances, no more, enough is enough. #Wengerout, and end to the excuses of his fan boys.
I would like to see a line-up like this where we are set to counter: Sanchez Welbeck Ozil Joel Campbell Coquelin Elneny Monreal Gabriel(kosnotfit) Per Bellerin Cech(ifnotfit, then ooooopspina)
Setting all the negativity aside, this is a winnable game. Yea we've been inconsistent but we can easily match Spurs in quality and beat them at their own ground. We should setup to counter here and stay compact in midfield. As Artisan points out, play an Elneny and Coqs midfield for extra defensive stability and play on the counter. They will want the victory and go out attacking and if we stay patient we will get chances. We still have the players to hurt them, even if they aren't on top form. We have enough to get a result here!
The only one trying to 'ram it down our throats' is you with your endless bitching and 20x repeated comments. If we win today we are level with Spurs and still in with a shout at the title. As an Arsenal fan you should be wanting that more than anything, but you've already said it won't matter because you have given up. Add to that, that you try to drive a wedge between Arsenal fans and make more effort to cause spats than you seem to do supporting the team. You are a pathetic excuse for a supporter in my opinion.
