Yet another opportunity to take the piss no doubt.. hot on the heels of Geordie Shore! I've pasted the synopsis below...

Season 1. Episode 1 of 3. New series. Four wealthy southern women experience 10 days of living on the breadline in the north of England. They begin by moving into a former council house in Walker, Newcastle, where unemployment is almost three times the national average and more than 50 per cent of local children are classed as living in poverty. They immerse themselves in an unfamiliar world and hand over their credit cards to survive on the equivalent of job-seeker's allowance, but find the process harder than expected


I'm sure there's some alternative parameters we could suggest..... Such as a 10 day stretch round Shola's pad...

Of course, they show a shot of the station then cut to walker as if that's the first thing you see when you arrive

 

I would forgive a channel like Watch or MTV for churning out tabloidesque stereotypes for people to laugh at, but is the BBC not supposed to maintain balanced and informative standards.
