Problem we run into in the states is the more you make the less you pay. We're losing tons of good jobs to Ireland and Mexico to cut taxation. But our largest companies only pay 25%. We need to tax the **** out of those companies. They're providing no jobs and profiting off our lack of regulation. Sadly I get smoked with taxes as a low earner in the highest tax bracket. While I'd probably earn more with trump in office. The guy is an idiot. He'd finish off what other politicians started in ruining our country.

Losing jobs to Ireland?? my family is from the rural west coast of Ireland and there's bugger all jobs out there, one of my cousins still has the farm but the rest are either here in the UK or in the States living and working, most of the land is crap, it's either peat bog or full of bloody rocks, as my cousin says if he was paid the same price for rocks as for potatoes he would be a fookin millionaire.

Jenas was banging on about tax and how there should be a 50p rate for the rich..... and is now paying back a lot of 'avoided tax'..... hahahahahhahaha

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-tax-backed-increase-BBC-s-Question-Time.html

Former England footballer Jermaine Jenas has been branded a 'hypocrite' after calling for an increase in taxes, despite reportedly being forced to repay tens of thousands of 'avoided' tax.

The Match of the Day pundit, 33, appeared on the BBC's Question Time on Thursday night in Liverpool, where he backed Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell's proposals for a 50p tax rate for those earning over £150,000.

He told viewers: 'Our sectors are struggling. Teachers, schools, our NHS are bursting at the seams.

'Now we need to raise money for these sectors to support them. If that means the rate of tax has to be pushed up to 50p then it does, simple as that.'

However, today it has emerged that the millionaire invested in a film company, which was involved in an employment benefit trust system.

According to The Sun, the former Spurs and Newcastle United midfielder became a partner in Prairie Films, which was run by ex-accountant John Dryburgh.

HMRC is attempting to claim back £2.4million from the 57-year-old after an investigation in 2013 ruled he was running a tax avoidance system worth more than three £7m and 'lied, fabricated evidence, forged document and destroyed evidence'.
