You put 20m in as capital so on day 1your balance sheet shows 20m of capital and 20m of cash in the bank. In the 1st year you lose 10m. Your balance sheet shows 20m of capital. 10m of accumulated losses and 10m in the bank. Where is the debt? There is no debt despite 10m oflosses. Come back when you know what you are talking about

Mods, I have every confidence in you, as you all know, and I am not suggesting that you are not doing your jobs properly (tbh, the phrase "If I did, or I was a mod you would be looking over the abyss now" suggests that it is Glory that is questioning your competence, not me). I'm also sure that you're well aware of the fact that I have absolutely no interest in being a Mod, far less want to replace any of you. I take extreme exception to Glory's accusation that I have, and continue to do so, as in the statement "are you still trying to undermine our mods in a bid to replace one or all of them". Mud sticks, so I am formally complaining about this vexatious accusation & request that you take appropriate action. This is exactly why the 'ignore' function does not work, btw. If I had used it, I would be unaware of lies and unfounded accusations like this. I am also enraged by yet another unfounded question about my honesty "Be honest (as if)". This is becoming tiresome, and again, mud sticks. Mods, I've re-read what I wrote & cannot for the life of me see how this is an attack on you. Bucks, I have tried to park it. I've barely posted over the last week, and refused to bite when I otherwise might have. This is going to a new level, though. He's making untrue allegations, and ignoring it would suggest that either they are true, or there is a grain of truth in them. This is not the case, so am I being unrealistic & uncooperative if I defend my own integrity when this happens? I don't think I'm being unreasonable to request that you take some action.
Just a warning to you both, the supermods will be involved if it carrys on and I wont be able to defend either of you
